Am I wrong in thinking that what most TVs desire is a realistic (and big?) bust.. Pamela certainly does, normally somewhere around a 36D, unless she's being rather playful, when something significantly bigger is called for. How can we get that realistic shape? With good breast forms, a well-designed bra and an adequate blouse we can get the shape, even with bounce. But what if you want cleavage? Elsewhere you'll see nice small cleavage, but what about a full, big girl? Well one UK retailer, Proactive Prosthetics, specialising in all sorts of prosthetics and who does a line in very realistic breast forms has started on a 'crop top'. Pamela is lucky to have the very first of the 'MkII' version, which is pretty much a full D-cup. And this is what it looks like....
