MANOR OF BEGANSLEY
The demesne of this manor was situate on the Monmouthshire bank of
the Rhymny, not far above Rumney Bridge, near Cardiff. The manor was held
under the lords of Wentloog. The heiress married Kemeys, and the Kemeys
family resided there previous to fixing their abode at Cefn Mabli.
