A credit/debit card details are required to secure all bookings. A cancellation fee equal to one nights accommodation is payable if the booking is cancelled within one week of the date of arrival. Earlier cancellations and/or reduction to the length of stay will be subject to an administration charge. The full amount of the total cost of the stay becomes due on the day of arrival and is payable before departure.
Yorkshire Tourist Board recommends that you consider taking out cancellation insurance. See TPS for an example of such cover. (Please note that we are not specifically recommending this company)
