Bouquets as well as brickbats are invited from users. However, generally LCW reports items that LC and its PR company probably would not choose to publicise.

I  welcome copies of any complaints you have made or are making and replies to them. If you have newspaper cuttings or other material you can't email, please post to Paul Burns,  98 West Hill, Wembley Park HA9 9RR.

Make clear if you do not wish your name or contact details to be shared with others.

Some people, for example ex-employees of LC and Brent Council, may prefer to speak with me rather than write. Email me if you want me to ring you.

For Iegal reasons it may be necessary to edit material that you send or to seek further information. It is easier for me to publish material that has appeared elsewhere, such as in a newspaper, as part of a council or professional report. I prefer material that either comes from a  group or where the correspondence has been responded to by the Council or LC.

If possible, let me have electronic copies as this avoids the need for retyping.
