Making Complaints to Brent Council Making A Complaint About Vale Farm I welcome email copies of any complaints to Brent Council or Leisure Connections - please cc or bcc to vilefirm@btinternet.com. No information sent to me will be shared with anyone else without express permission. Brent Council Homepage Brent Council Complaints Page Brent Councillors When a service is contracted out the council expect a complaint first to be made to the contractor locally and then to their head office. The council will only take up if contractor replies are seen as unsatisfactory. Thus Brent Council prefers Vale Farm customers to complain first to the LC Manager at Vale Farm - Ben Delaney - bmvale.farm@leisureconnection.co.uk . If you are still dissatisfied then contact Christine Coppack, LC Regional Operations Manager, London. I address most complaints directly to Brent but I have made clear that my primary complaint concerns the Council's inability to ensure Leisure Connection manage effectively. I always copy my complaints to Leisure Connection. I send my first stage complaints to Rez Cameron
