The World Society for the Preservation of Birds (WSPB)
These pages are under construction
Our organisation should not be confused with the WSPB (the World Society for the Protection of Birds).
Founded in 1992, our members are devoted to the preservation and protection of some migratory birds in the northern hemisphere. Since the last edition of our newsletter, "Wren 46", we are pleased to announce the discovery of a rook sub-species "Corvus frugilegus atlanticus". Details, together with a picture, will appear in "Wren 47" and in the next edition of Tulse Luper's "Some Migratory Birds of the Northern Hemisphere".
Since our members enjoy creating artwork featuring birds with an enthusiasm bordering on the excessive we are in the process of establishing a WSPB Members' Gallery.
