Sensei Martin has been training and teaching for over three decades. Not only is he the Chief Instructor of the Scottish Shotokan Academy but he is one of the Shihan Kai, the administative and technical commitee of the Shotokan ryu Kase ha Instructor's Academy.
Recently, the Yoshitaka Karate Academy has been providing basic lessons with Bo, the first weapon in the Kobujutsu system of fighting. Classes on Sunday are at the discretion of the instructor. Recently, a new class has been introduced - 8.15pm on Wednesdays before the main class. Contact Paul Sammy for information. Note: you must train regularly with the general karate classes too!
