Going
To England was The Cleaners first studio 'proper' record and was released
in 1987. Look at that tracklist. It's like a greatest hits of the Cleaners.
All pop classics which so badly deserved more success it is criminal. This
album didn't actually sell badly at all considering the lack of publicity
at the time.
It was out of print for several years but is now available from Jarmusic
with bonus tracks and sleevenotes. Buy one for a friend if you want to
give the gift of the best possible English pop.
