Radio Autumn Attic was Martin's second album of the 21st century and was dashed off pretty quick during 2001 and released in 2002. It was written and recorded as a single body of work. It was recorded and produced by Nelson at Nelson's housem as was Spirit Cage, but with better quality gear and more use was made of computer gadgetry.
Conceived as a radio broadcast it doesn't quite come off, but does feature some of Martin's most ambitious and mature songwriting to date. It has proved the most popular album since The Greatest Living Englishman and has sold enough copies to appear in Cherry Red's top ten best sellers for several months. This is possibly due to some favourable press reviews and Martin putting himself about a bit more lately appearing on National and local television and radio.
If you liked Radio Autumn Attic you'll want to invest in the EP that followed it closely. Entitled Songs From The Station Hotel it featured four songs that were recorded around the same time.

Songs :- The Duchess Of Leylandia/The Wicked Witch/Beat Street
Do You Dream Of The Sea?/A Woman And Some Whisky
                World Of The Stars/Because She's Driftwood/Life As A Broken Doll/Sailing To America/When We Were A Thing/The Beer Elves/Prende Mi

Cd also includes Martin reading excepts from his autobiography 'This Little Ziggy'.
