I Am Overcome
Nancy returns home to her apartment and goes to bed. It's not always easy trying to come to terms with the end of a relationship and so tonight her troubled thoughts become her 'tormenter '. She cries out in the night but "the pain goes on and on" - the pain of separation from her Lover, the regrets and the memories of the good and bad times with him are all too vivid at this time.
