Tony Clark
"Just some thoughts"
- Welcome to 'Butterfly Island' and the start of a journey that we hope you will join us on. One that will take us through a voyage of textures and harmony, that will reflect the wonder of Creation.
- I would like to introduce myself at this stage as Tony Clark, an Engineer and Producer who has been involved in the world of music for most of my life.
As a teenager I had the priviledge of joining the famous Abbey Road Recording Studios in London, England.
During those years whilst learning my craft, I became involved in some of the most exciting music of that era.

- In the late 1980's I ventured out of Abbey Road, a place that had been my second home for more than twenty years and journeyed to Iceland, Norway and America, working and discussing with musicians of their aspirations for their music.
- Listening to a radio station in England about Nick Cooper's work with the Native American Indians, I felt compelled to phone him to discuss his research. This led to a most enjoyable meeting in which we talked of our mutual interests. At one stage he felt the need to mention a singer songwriter called Paul Lane who was developing some music he thought might be of interest to me.
I contacted Paul and here I am on 'Butterfly Island', a vision of music I would like to support and hope that as we journey together with these ideas, communication and friendships will grow...
