Helmsman's Course
Some previous experience is useful but not essential.
This is a 2 or 3 day course designed to teach boat safety, helmsmanship and
boat handling, with an introduction into engine maintenance. On completion the
student would be capable of handling a motor cruiser of a specific type in
sheltered waters.
The ideal course for new boat owners and crew wishing to take a more
active role in crewing and berthing a motor cruiser.
This 2 day course and gives a good grounding and opportunity to find out more
about other courses.
RYA Certificate granted (no examination involved).
Course Fee £250 + Vat (£293.75).
