I have a very fast Mac Workstation and experience and software to perform the following tasks:

1. Editing of DV/DVCAM or Digital Betacam formats on a non-linear basis.

I normally use Final Cut Pro for editing but I have a very full selection of tools to support any likely requirement for compositing and effects, and also a good selection of audio processing, editing and mix-down within a CD quality digital environment. Non Digital source material can be transferred to tape first.

2. Rotoscoping of material on Digital Betacam or DV/DVCAM.

Individual frames can be rotoscoped to remove artefacts such as dropouts or unwanted scenery and props. Material can be image enhanced for reduction of noise, colour correction, film effects or corrected for unwanted camera motion.

3. Preparation and Authoring of DVD and other video disk formats.

Full DVD authoring can be undertaken with necessary high quality video and audio compression, and preparation of appropriate menu graphics. NTSC DVD disks can be created from PAL source material.

4. Compression of Video sequences for use on CDROM or the Internet.

Video sequences can be compressed to order for maximum data efficiency using any of the codecs now available. The digital files can then be exported on any convenient media such as CDR or to an FTP server via ISDN.

5. Conversion between PAL/NTSC formats.

NTSC material on DV/DVCAM can be converted to PAL and vice versa. A very high quality software digital process or a cheaper but effective real-time analogue conversion offer a choice of costs. Both processes can be conveniently combined with other required image processing.

6. Special support for Shooters List members

Final output can be to Digital Betacam, BetacamSP, DV/DVCAM, DVD, Hi8 or (S)VHS or to computer files as required.
