We have two spacious bungalows, which are both situated 10 miles east of Exeter, and close to the picturesque village of Bradninch. Park Bungalow is close to Park Farm, with views over the Culm Valley. Five Elms is a mile from Park Farm, situated high in the peaceful Colebrook Valley.

Park Farm is a 500 acre organic dairy farm with numerous footpaths, and 2 km's of river for coarse fishing available to geusts. It is also possible to watch the milking and calf feeding. Close by is the National Trust property at Killerton House, and a nine hole golf course at Padbrook. A short drive away is the historic cathedral city of Exeter and the coast at Exmouth.
