Cottage Rates
** Both One Fair Place and Far End Cottage have a Four Star Rating by VisitBritain **
The prices below are for one week, Saturday to Saturday. Short break prices, when available, are on application with a minimum of two nights.
The cottages are normally available any time after 3p.m. at the start of your holiday, but we would ask you to vacate the cottage by 10a.m.
on departure day to allow time for cleaning. For any other dates, please contact us at the address below.
A deposit of 20% is required with a firm booking and is only refundable in
the event of a cancellation if the cottage can be relet for the whole of that period. The balance is to be received at least two weeks before the start of your holiday.

The following items are included for your holiday:
Central heating,
gas (Far End Cottage only) and electricity.
Bed linen is provided. Towels
are available by arrangement only.
A pay telephone is available in both cottages.
Pets are permitted by special arrangement only.
A large basket of logs is provided free of charge, but further supplies will be at £1 per basket.
