Getting Here

Ferries (Click here for Caledonian MacBrayne's website)

The Isle of Coll is serviced by a ferry link with Oban. (Oban is approximately 2 ½ hours by car from Edinburgh and Glasgow.) Caledonian MacBrayne run six ferries a week to Coll in the summer (daily except Thursday), while in winter (late October to early April) there are only three ferries per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The ferry takes just over 2 ½ hours to get from Oban to Coll. Cars need to be booked on in advance.

Flights (Click here for British Airways' website)

In the near future, a scheduled air link is planned for the island, probably from Oban Airfield. The neighbouring island of Tiree already has a daily flight (except Sundays) from Glasgow. Charter boats can be organised to ferry visitors from Tiree to Coll.
