Yallikavak is a quaint and beautiful fishing village
full of old style charm and homeliness. The profusion of excellent bars and restaurants around the harbour are , plus the newly built shopping promenade, are some of the reasons why Turkey's rich and famous are attracted here.

The villa is situated in 'Seamed Palms' which has one of the largest swimming pools in the area, very generous for a complex of only 14 luxury villas. The natural shade of twisted and gnarled trees have been preserved, and the buildings designed to blend in with the lush landscape of poplars and grapevines. A countryside feel, yet the resort is only 10mins walk away.

This villa is brand new and comprises delightful living room with sofa bed and double doors to terrace with patio furniture, fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob (no oven) with direct access to terrace, downstairs toilet and wash basin.

Upstairs, one double bedroom and one twin-bedded room both with decorative balconies, bathroom with w.c. and shower, stairs to roof terrace with panoramic views, & sun loungers.

There is a weekly maid service, bed linen and towels (not beach towels) provided.

The villa is half an hour from Bodrum Airport by either taxi or local dolmus which are very cheap and frequent.
