INFORMATION AREA.

This site is run by Peter Hill who originated the "Rough Justice" programme in 1979 and has worked on many miscarriage of justice cases.

Since "Justice" stopped investigating miscarriages of justice in 1997, (when the Criminal Case Review Commission was formed) there has been no central collection point for information about miscarriages of justice in Britain. The 2 TV programmes, "Rough Justice" and "Trial and Error" have suffered from poor viewing figures and budget cuts - so they can only carry on very spasmodically.

Because of this, the "Tough Justice" website offers the facility of a "HUB" for information.

If you have knowledge of a miscarriage of justice that you want to tell others about, email us. We will undertake to post it on our information page.

If you are a journalist who wants to find information on miscarriages of justice beyond what is on the websites, email us and we will pass on what we have.

If you are a lawyer wanting help with a case of miscarriage of justice, email us and we will put you in touch with people who might help you.
