14:00 - 17:00	Registration - Peter Maddens' House
Evening	Dinner parties at selected houses.
Saturday
09:45	Double-decker bus picks up at Humber Bridge and goes on brief tour into town.
10:15	Arrive at Guild Hall
10:30	Group photo session.  This will be developed and presented in the evening.
11:00	Lord Mayor's speech for the boys.  (Ladies to go shopping).
12:00	Meeting ends.  Walk to the Gainsborough, obviously via a few pubs such as the Olde White Hart.
13:30 - 15:30	Traditional fish and chip lunch at the Gainsborough in Carr Lane.  Your hosts will then decide what entertainments will be lined up for you in the afternoon.  This may include a trip to one of Hull's many museums, the Guildhall, or back to one of those traditional pubs like the Olde White Hart!
15:30	Bus collects party and takes them back to the Humber Bridge car park.
Evening	Formal party in marquee at John Garton's house in Brantingham with waitress service and free bar.
19:30	Arrive.
20:30	Meal.
After meal	Interruptions - strictly 5 minutes and will be controlled by The Bell!!! Band and disco until 01:00.
Sunday
11:00	Brunch at Rowley Manor - children welcome.
