IRISH supergroup The corrs turned Belfast's Virgin Megastore into an impromptu concert hall yesterday delighting hundreds of fans who packed into teh store.
The family band, from Dundalk, was in Belfast to promote it's new CD Talk On Corners.
They played four songs including the hit Runaway, provoking whistles and thunderous applause from the packed inner-city store.
Some people left stranded outside store
Belfast fans Maeve and Clare, both 18, summed up the response when they said: "Their voices are amazing."
They played the songs including I Never Loved You Anyway from the new album, on a small stage set up on the ground floor.
A long line of fans was left stranded at the door because of the turn-out.
The band then moved upstairs to sign hundreds of autographs on copies of it's new CD.
Singer Andrea Corr said she was overwhelmed by the response.
She said: "Belfast people have supported us so well.We all recognise some of the faces of people who supported us the last time we played at the Ulster Hall."
