Camp 2004 |

In
early August 2004 a group of students accompanied the Grandmaster
to a Training Retreat in (sunny) Hertfordshire. Over three days
we trained early mornings, late evening, and all times inbetween.

Sau (Hand Techniques) |
| |
|
In
this series of photos, Sifu demonstrates some of the common Chow
Gar san sau (or hand techniues). The movements are very exact,
and executed with lightening speed. Through years of training,
Sifu has developed tremondous power, with precision.

Training
Seminar |
| |
|
In
2002 , Sifu held a special seminar. The foundation forms of the
Chow Gar system were demonstrated. Sifu also covered chi building
exercises and tips on training.
These
special seminars are held periodically, and give students an opportunity
to watch and learn, expanding their understanding and appreciation
of the system.

2002 Sifu celebrated his birthday in September with a dinner
for friends and students, at Sisok's restaurant.
