Sam was born on August 29, 2006 and bred by Marita Bott. He was one of eight puppies. His father was Bardonhill Storm Moon and his mother Anlory Bmibaby Bardonhill.

He arrived aged eight weeks, moved in with our litter of six-week-old pointer puppies and became one of the ringleaders in naughtiness!

He started his show career by winning Best Puppy in Show at the Irish Setter Club of Scotland Championship Show and then was at Crufts 2008. He also took part in the Irish Setter Association, England Centenary Puppy Match.

Sam achieved his KC Good Citizen Bronze and Silver Awards.

Sadly, we lost Sam in July, 2010 after he was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer.
