The main aim is to allow students to express their views to each other on a range of topical issues using information communication technology as much as possible. It is hoped this will include e-mail and video conferencing.

But of course as a result of this communication we hope the students will be able to formulate clearer ideas on how to approach the problems which confront us all..........

And perhaps - one day - a few of them may be in a position to make a radical change in the order of things.
