Big Ade at over 6 foot and about 24 stone is one of our bigger strongmen but very flexible with it. I saw him stretching and actually do the splits warming up at BSM99 at Alton Towers.

Adrian performed very well at Alton Towers and qualified for the finals. He also won A Geoff Capes UK Strongest Man heat to qualify for the UK Strongest Man 2000 show.

Because of his good form recently he has been invited to represent England at the Worlds Strongest Man 2000 in S Africa!
