Gary is a gutsy competitor who is always in the best shape for his strongman competitions.

His focus and determination is noticeable and just when you think he has given 100%, gym owner and coach Reg Parker growls another 10% out of him!

Most memorable performance for me was his magnificent victory at the Peacock Gyms UK Docklands Strongman Challenge 1999.

Gary is now in training for Steve Brooks Englands Strongest Man Contest 2002 3^rd March and BSM’s qualifiers at Birmingham 30/3/2002.

Gary is now training some up and coming Strongmen that should feature in the next couple of years.
