Richard is a newcomer to strongman and has been training only for about 10 months before entering and winning his first show, The Allhallows 2001 Novice.

There he beat 15 other novices in an impressive display of event technique.

The last 10 months training have been with Phil Wright, Andy Mavin and now Alex Hunter so he’s had a good start with his training!

With increased gym strength and another years training he will certainly be one to look out for.
