We have several clients buying remotely. This page is intended to explain
the procedure.
We recommend, for your own peace of mind, that if you
cannot personally visit Lé Mirage de Malate
then try to arrange for a family member or friend to visit us for an
independent opinion. If this is not possible you can still buy
remotely.
The first step is to select the unit you would like to

Next, select your preferred method of financing. Please

Note: There are no pre-qualification requirements for
in-house financing.
Email us your preferred Unit number and method of
finance and we will send you a detailed payment schedule including your 1%
internet discount.
When you are ready to commit, we will send you our bank
details. The first payment is the 50,000 pesos (approx. 1,000
us$) reservation deposit. Simply visit your own Bank and request for the
money to be sent to our account.
Please also fax us a copy of the bank receipt. (If you
prefer you can scan it and email it to us)
On receipt of this payment we will fax you a copy of the reservation
agreement,
and send by post a copy for your records. Please advise us of a Fax
number we
can use to send faxes to you. We will then mark your unit as
sold and the price is fixed from that point on.
We will need the following personal information:-
Full name including full middle names.
Address for correspondence
Date of birth
Passport number.
If making installment payments these can be sent the
same as the reservation deposit or if you have a bank account in the
Philippines then we can accept post dated cheques.
When 10% of your unit has been paid for we will send you
contracts of sale by courier mail to be signed and returned.
