When you send these to the assessor it is suggested that you consider the weight of the book, binder or other submission you use, carefully. Presentation
is an important part of the account of the journey and its purpose but a heavy ring binder will only add to the cost of the postage, Please remember when submitting
your account that you should also include an envelope and the cost of the return postage in the form of stamps so that the assessors can return the account to
you with the insert inside for you Duke of Edinburgh record book. If you fail to enclose the return postage then the assessor will not be obliged to
return the account to you. If he does then it will be out of the goodness of his own heart! You might consider using recorded delivery for your account to
ensure that all you hard work is not lost in the post.
