2007

All the repairs to the bridges have been completed and track has been laid across them.  The track has been jacked and packed from World's End to the north end of the cutting.  During the August Bank Holiday weekend the last four panels in this section were laid.  This takes us seven panels north of Langford Bridge, and will give us sufficient clearance to be able to operate over this section once it has all been jacked and packed with ballast.  We are now just four panels of track away from Lee Moor Crossing.

We have purchased materials to build a new crossing over the cycle path and the gates are also being made.  Plans for the Level Crossing are being drawn up and will be submitted to the relevant authorities.
