Portcaman S.A.C. is based in Bushmills, on the Causeway Coast, Co. Antrim. The name is taken from the old name for Bushmills, the town renowned for producing a certain well known alcoholic beverage.

We fish at various shore venues across the North and East Coast, depending on tides and time of year. These include the River Roe estuary, Portrush Harbour, and Cushendun. Boats are generally based from Portrush and Ballycastle although we do make an occasional trip to Donegal for the excellent sport there.

While we strive to produce top quality Junior and Senior Master Anglers, the clubs emphasis is on good fishing and fun. There is no distinction between sex, religion, handicap, belief etc in the club.

We are one of the few clubs that operate a catch and release policy to protect our precious stocks and only keep fish we would like for the table. Points are generally obtained based on the species caught and the length.
