The company has promoted a variety of events from educational workshops to brass band concerts. In 1999 we diversified into music publishing, specialising in publications for brass, wind and education.

Since being established Prima has been successful in planning and organising arts events in the north of England. Many of these events have included educational workshops featuring musicians from a variety of professional backgrounds, who have been able to pass on their skills to children, and indeed adults of all ages.

We have worked closely with schools, colleges, councils and arts organisations in providing consultants and advice for a diversity of events. In addition, the company offers advice on all types of arts funding, and has assisted a number of organisations in securing lottery grants for a variety of projects.

Prima’s consultancy work extends to the complete range of the performing arts, encompassing all disciplines. The company prides itself in being able to offer a flexible service to it’s customers who benefit from an individual approach based upon the clients needs.

Prima is always abreast of the changing face of the arts within Britain, and offers an update service for existing customers who wish to access new funding for educational and community arts schemes.
