The Armourer Magazine - UK based bi-monthly with world-wide connections. The magazine for  all those with an interest in militaria, ordnance, uniforms & badges and all aspects of military collecting. Regular advance listings for British and European based
militaria and arms fairs, auctions, bourses, etc. The magazine hosts a wide range of relevant articles and advertisers, and their website includes a free classified section as well as the facility to subscribe on-line.

Tom Morgan's HELLFIRE CORNER - one of the longest established and best known websites dedicated to the Great War - a wealth of  relevant and informative articles - guidance regarding visiting and touring the battlefields - and of course, many useful links.

Mike Roden's innovative site "Aftermath" is a departure from the norm in that his approch to the British experience of The Great War essentially (but not exclusively) concentrates on the experiences of those who survived the conflict. A valuable contribution which is well worth a visit.

An Unfortunate Region
