We all know bits of the play, witches, murders and battles. This was performed by a cast of six, which meant a lot of doubling-up. Everyone played a witch at one time or another, and some characters (the porter, the messenger and others), were combined into a robbed figure of fate.

     On the whole, an enjoyable production though I did keep expecting Lady MacBeth to pull out a hooky stick and jump upon a Thelwell-style pony.
