Till we meet again ...

Words cannot begin to express the pain and sadness of losing my boy Murphs.  We had 29 wonderful years together and I shall miss him dearly ... from his whinny at the gate every time I arrived at field to his scratching my back when I rubbed his. 

Murph held a special place in my heart and was quite a character ... his party trick was giving a "hoof" in return for a carrot! 

The photo on left was taken in May 2005 looking handsome as ever! ... and on right April 2006 - 30 yrs old! ... I guess I always knew his time was coming but it still doesn't prepare you.

Murph was a part Arabian by McOrriston Jupiter out of an Arab/Connemara mare and was a very important family member. Murph and I did many, many activities together ... here are some of my treasured pics ...
