I have material concerning the Napoleonic Principles of War rules. These are the rules I use to fight the wargames. They are quick and I feel superior to most systems I have used. There are example army lists included:

Principles of War

Here is a FAQ on Napoleonic Principles of War I have written.

In addition I have a Q's and A's file from the POW magazine that answers a lot of Napoleonic queries - usefull for those nitty gritty rule confusions.
There is also the Competition notes used at Roll Call Open Championships in June 98.
There is also the Competition notes that will be used at Roll Call Open Championships in June 99 These notes supercede the 1998 notes.
