ROYAL AIR FORCE

Air Load Master Association

Station and Squadron Crests

Association Information Board

We are looking for pictures of all aircraft types flown on by Air Quartermasters and Air Loadmasters for our history section.
Of particular interest are Yorks, Dakotas, Hastings, Whirlwind, Wessex, Belvedere, Puma, Comets, Belfasts, Argosy, etc. We would prefer airborne pictures and in RAF livery. NEAF, MEAF, Transport Command, Support Command, etc. or other unusual paint jobs.

Also copies of Squadron badges wanted, we have most of the RAF Lyneham squadrons but would appreciate copies of any others.  Squadrons and Stations with their own Web sites can be visited by clicking on the individual badga.

A selection of the best aircraft pictures will be displayed on the web site, and subsequently in the Association magazine - RAFALMANAC.

You can send copies of the pictures, squadron badges, etc. to the Chairman (or to myself via e-mail), please include a stamp if you send them to Stu, and you would like them returned.

The Flight Engineers have a developing web site - you can watch it grow from the brevet link.

ARDET - The Argosy Detachment have a web site with some super pictures and links of interest to all ex-Argosy aircrew. Link provided by Member - John Pearce.  Thank you John.
