Poor Flake (Keyboards) has lost 10% of his body weight in only a few days, due to bad Salmonella poisoning. Flake wants to perform, but can't as he is seriously unwell. As a result 4 gigs (Vienna, Monza, Sweeden and Slovenia) have been cancelled. Don't worry though, Flake is on the mend and is not being a bad egg (Excuse the pun!) on purpose. They will perform again on June 15th in Finland.

A stroke victims benefit ball was held in 'Hotel Intercontinental' in Berline. Till Lindermann (Singer, Rammstein) won a raffle prize worth 36000 euros, a Mercedes. He donated it to the Stroke Help Charity.

Showing of the official movie documentary on Rammstein, Feeing B and other bands is premiered today in the east German town 'Weimar'. The crew filmed the bands for ten years, accompanying them backstages at concerts and will also feature interviews from the bands.

The action film "Triple X" features Rammstein's band members playing a concert at the very beginning of the movie. "Feuer frei" is played for the entire length. The song is also featured on the first track of the soundtrack.

Rammstein fans are awaiting the release of a new CD called 'Maximum Rammstein' There are LOADS of CDs in the Maximum series (All can be brought via Amazon) for many different artists and are basically an interview and biography disc. I'll let you know when it is released.

Friend and photographer for Rammstein, Erik Hackenschmidt, died today, aged 34. He had worked with the band a lot and toured with them in Russia.

Rammstein's fifth single off of their 'Mutter' album, 'Feuer Frei', is released today. Originally planned to be released on 7th October, release was delayed as mixing and mastering the tracks took a lot longer than planned. Available formats are: CD1, CD2, CD3, DVD.
