LATEST RAR NEWS:
7 May 2008 : Please Note : Important Changes for Entry
1) OARA : The RAR is using the OARA entry system this year
2) DOUBLING UP : To allow maximum number of people to participate doubles into the
same size boats will NOT be allowed.
E.g. and Eight may double into Fours or Pairs event but not another Eight event etc.
This applies to both crews and boats.

The Reading Amateur Regatta in 2008
In 2008 the Reading Amateur Regatta will be held on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th of June.
Rowers are invited to come to Reading and test their Henley form in two separate events:
- Saturday: 1500 metres, two lane course, rowed downstream from stake boats with bank umpiring*.
- Sunday: Same format as on Saturday but now rowed over 1100 metres*.
On Saturday, the winners of several events will be presented with Trophies
The Reading Amateur Regatta is a great weekend out for rowing enthusiast, family, friends and spectators.
