This new luxury home has over 1680 sq ft of spacious air-conditioned comfort. Our home consists of a master bedroom with shower facilities en-suite, together with further double and twin-bedded rooms. The second bathroom is fitted with a full sized bath located between the second and third bedroom. A great room and dining room are situated adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings are in a contemporary Floridian style, and to the rear of the villa there is a private screened and heated swimming pool, which overlooks a conservation area

The villa is maintained to a very high standard, containing everything required making it a special holiday. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom (with walk in shower, hand basin, vanity unit and WC), and 2 other double size bedrooms, one with full size double bed and one twin bedded. There is another full bathroom with bath/shower, hand basin, vanity unit and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook facility, walk-in pantry and laundry room with access to the garage. There are separate dining and great room facilities with easy access to the enclosed heated pool.
The master bedroom comes complete with en-suite facilities, sitting room(with TV and video recorder) and walk-in-closet.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a cooking range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All cookware, tableware, silverware and glassware is provided as are all bed linens and bath towels. The holiday villa comes complete with Telephone, Hi-Fi, cable TV, DVD & video recorders (Great room and Master bedroom).
We have a professional management company to look after the villa ensuring that your holiday is trouble free. The home faces south overlooking a conservation area of wood and lakes with a covered porch leading to the pool and patio area.
