Football Quiz - Answers

Q: Which are the only two teams in the Premiership or Football League whose names do not include any of the letters "a", "b", "c", "d" or "e"?
A: Luton Town and Portsmouth

Among clubs who are either present or recent members of the Football Conference there are also Southport and Woking, whilst in Scotland Livingston also fits the conditions.

Sometimes this question excludes the suffixes to club names (such as City, United, etc.). In that case Hull, Plymouth, York, Morton, Ross and Stirling would also qualify.
