Football Quiz - Answers

Q: Which are the only two teams in the Premiership or Football League whose names include all of the letters "a", "b", "c", "d" and "e"?
A: Cambridge United and Wycombe Wanderers

Of course, Wycombe don't really count as they're only a non-league club.

For those who have challenged the statement in the last sentence, I put it to you that Wycombe play in a non-league ground (which has Sunday league access) in front of non-league fans with non-league players and a non-league manager. They have an amateur chairman, a non-league set-up and a programme of non-league standard. Just because they are temporarily members of the Football League does not stop them being a non-league club.
