Q: Name five clubs in the Premiership or Football League that
have 3 "o"s in their name.
A: Bournemouth and Boscombe Athletic, Brighton and Hove Albion,
Northampton Town, Stockport County and Workington Town
OK. I admit that I cheated. This is a very old question, as there are really now only three clubs with this property. That's because Bournemouth and Boscombe Athletic changed their name to plain old Bournemouth, whilst Workington Town slipped out of the Football League (something that will hopefully also happen to Bournemouth in the near future).
In fact, there's even more of a cheat. There was never a Football League team called Workington Town - the team that failed to gain re-election to the League in 1977 were instead called just Workington. Thanks to James Dilloway for pointing that out.
