Trips to Millwall nearly always mean less trouble from their fans than at home games. Basically, their nutters can't be bothered to turn out for a Reading match. So there was no excuse for missing the opening game of the 2000/01 season, although you can understand why Reading fans would choose to skip a game against a club whose fans think that throwing bricks at people in wheelchairs is the right sort of thing to do.
Some Millwall information:
Record defeat - 1-9 against Aston Villa
Last Reading victory - the last time we played them, 2-0 at their place in February 2003
Nearest station to ground - South Bermondsey. Go down the ramp to the road, turn left, and then take the first on the left. The away end is the part of the ground nearest the station. You can see the ground from the platforms, so it is easy to get there.
Trivia -
Here are a selection of messageboards. Obviously, being Millwall boards, there is a fair proportion of utter crap on them, usually posturing by teenage fans of other clubs whose mummies probably don't even let them go to the home game again Millwall, let alone a trip to the Den.
