Notts County have one of the best away ends in the country - it holds 5,000, the view is good and their team are not normally good enough to give us much competition! However, their pitch in recent years has been atrocious, and I dreaded to think what it would look like in 2000/01 after the recent flooding of the River Trent and subsequent heavy rain. They have relaid it for 2001/02.
Some Notts County information:
Record defeat - 1-9 against Blackburn, Aston Villa and Portsmouth (if something's worth doing, it's worth doing more than once, I guess)
Last Reading victory - the last time we played them, 2-1 at home in February 2002
Nearest station to ground - Nottingham
