Ticket information:

Wimbledon are trying desperately to leave Selhurst Park but it seems likely that they will still be there by the time that Reading visit. They have so few fans that in special cases they give the visiting club three of the four stands but that is perhaps unlikely for us. Typically, they provide seats behind one of the goals.

On 8/8/2002, Wimbledon submitted a planning application to erect a temporary 12,000-seat stadium on the site of the Milton Keynes Bowl. Should the application be successful, they hope to move by the end of 2002. I stand by my comment above regarding Selhurst Park!

11/12/2002 update - whilst I was clearly quite right to discount the possibility of Wimbledon moving to the Milton Keynes Bowl before our game, they have now announced that they are in negotiations to move to the National Hockey Stadium, something that had previously been disregarded. I think this has more chance of happening before the Reading game, but I still reckon Selhurst Park is the most likely venue.

24/1/2003 update - Wimbledon are still making noises about playing in Milton Keynes before the end of the season, but I don't believe a word of it.

10/2/2003 update - as predicted above, the Reading game will definitely be at Selhurst Park. We have sold 1,500 tickets, with a further 1,500 spaces available on the day (although I'm sure that will increase if necessary). Pay on the day prices are:
Adults - £20
Concessions - £12
