Match report:

Report by Hunty:

A mainly academy team apart from van der Kwaak, Murty, Hodges, Brayson!! I counted 3 RRRRRRRSSSSS fans in total including the coach driver!!

First Half

We had a few attempts at goal - but keeper not having to make any saves - sound familiar??

Then they broke through and Alford who made Caskey look Anorexic on a bad day fell over VD keeper - penalty - he scores 1-0!! (Alford scored) Stevenage look like scoring 2 or 3 before half time but apply Royals finishing!!!

Second Half

We start brighter - Brayson, Smith go close but no luck then usual defensive mix up gives second goal away to a bloke called Kersey!

Then Vd flaps and almost gives 2 goals away - complete crap!!

Hodges in central midfield makes a good run & goes close. Murty goes off moaning about how bad he was(makes a change from us) Tyson on Francis knocked out - Oh sorry wrong Tyson!! he looks quick but does not do much!

Brayson has 2-3 attempts on goal - unlucky(honest)

Then that crap bloke who can not score umm - Arkins scores with a good finish! - I asked Dillon why he & Beesley are on transfer list " Managers decision" - Nuff said!!

Stevenage had another couple of chances as did we but no luck!!

THE TEAM!!!

VD Kwaak - one save good - gave away pen, flapped at others- BYE!

Hadland - Promising attacking play - dillon did his nut a couple of times about defensively poor he was -

Smith(chris) looked calm & collected at back

Lockwood - ok but a bit of a Barry at times!

Sumner - got stuck in - a future Parky?

Murty - did not do much but moan about how bad he was!

Beesley - Not involved much in central midfield

Brayson - Usual loads of effort - usual end result

Arkins - worked hard & goal -cheers then

Gee - Dillon/Bell both raved how good he was - did not look that good

Tyson on for Murty - looks quick and that was that!
