Avon Insurance Combination League 2002/2003

There were 26 clubs in the Avon Insurance Combination League. The only change from 2001/02 was that Plymouth Argyle joined. By the old rules, Barnet would have left (as it is the second season since they were in the Football League) but the Combination AGM changed the rules to allow clubs in their position to apply on an annual basis.
