Steve Aldham

Steve was a goalkeeper on the books of Wokingham Town, but also played some reserve games for Reading. In particular he played on 12/11/1991 in a 1-3 defeat at Charlton Athletic when regular keeper Danny Honey was injured, and also in the last Football Combination game at Elm Park before the reserve team was abolished. That was not a happy game as he suffered an injury that ended his career as a footballer.

Steve currently works for Reed Insurance Selection in Reading, and may be helping this website to get less updates in the future by finding the webmaster a job!
