Joe Waters

At 14 years of age, Joe Waters has already made British Motorsports History as the youngest ever MSA licenced driver in a national event, competing on his 14th birthday in the T-Cars Championship at his home circuit of Snetterton

Norwich born Joe is a school pupil at his local school in Spixworth. A keen young sports person he is rarely found sitting still with BMX riding, golf and roller skating amongst his many hobbies though it is the call to motorsport which looms largest.

Having learnt his racecraft in karting Joe's ambitions lie in saloon car racing and as such looked to the popular T-Cars series which is a designated Saloon Championship for the under 16s.

Having completed a successful T-Car test with Advent Motorsport at Brands Hatch, Joe, despite his tender years, displayed a natural and impressive talent worthy to be tested by the rigorous MSA standards for race licensing. In March 2007 Joe sat the Advanced Racing Drivers test at Castle Combe and passed with a stunning 100%!

Joe's ambition is to compete in the British Touring Car Championship, following in the footsteps of his hero, multiple Champion Jason Plato with whom he is meeting this summer in what is sure to be an exciting and inspiring experience.
