Juno Racing

Juno Racing

The Juno Racing Team was created in 1999, when former Williams F1 design engineer, Ewan Baldry realised his dream to have his own team which would design and build beautiful, innovative and, hopefully, race winning cars.

2005 has been a hugely successful year for the Juno Racing Team taking five wins in the Britsports class with an armful of lap records on the way. The Juno SS3-V6 racecar, which was launched at Autosport International in January 2005, has lived up to its expectations of being a serious contender and looks set to continue its meteoric rise in motorsport both in the UK and across Europe in 2006. All the Juno cars are designed and built in-house at their Lancashire base where there is a distinct local flavour with all the current staff having come through the University of Central Lancashire Motorsport Engineering degree courses where team boss Ewan is also a lecturer.

As well as creating winning racecars, this year has also seen the exciting launch of the Juno TR Range - a range of cars specifically for use on trackdays that can crossover into race competition. Based on the successful SS3 racecar, the TR Range has been designed with the needs of the trackday enthusiast in mind and is so versatile the engine can be upgraded to race level!

In 2006 Juno furthered their presence in the Britsports, V de V and Sportscar Challenge Championships, taking a number of victories

In 2007 Juno continue to grow, with an increased number of cars in the VdeV Championship, taking their debut win at the 2007 opener in Jarama.
